Strategic Partnerships
We find complimentary (but not competitive) businesses to yours, and we partner up with them by engineering a compelling win-win offer. The offer could be in the form of a discount, a bundle, a bonus, an upsell, a guarantee, etc.
We then present this offer to the customer during the ideal buying window (usually this is directly after another transaction takes place, but it can also happen during or before.) The offer could be made online, in print, in person, or over the phone. We have tracking mechanisms to monitor and manage the sales.
The partners in the deals then split the proceeds in a revenue or profit share. This model makes the deals high reward (lucrative) and low risk (no marketing spend necessary).
Whatever form or format the offer is in, it is always first and foremost, a win-win-win to all parties involved (customer-partner-partner). Additionally, the offer is always of the utmost integrity and standard to your business and brand. We don’t compromise on either of these points, and don’t move forward with any deal or partner until all parties involved are 100% satisfied and comfortable.

Uncovering Hidden Assets
we take a deep look into what you currently have going:
- Online Presence (search engine results, reviews, paid traffic campaigns, affiliate programs, etc.)
- Brick and Mortar (street and foot traffic, inventory, leaseholds, signage, retail product placement, customer experience, upsells, cross-sells)
- Existing Customer Lists (email, mailings, phone, text/SMS)
- Distribution Channels (wholesale, fulfillment, logistics, partnerships, etc.)
- Intangible Assets (licenses, software, patents, sales processes, marketing materials, etc.)
After that analysis, we can usually find some “low hanging fruit” that is quick and easy to monetize with our unique and creative perspective.
As your partner in the deals, our agency will create all the necessary marketing creatives, copywriting, and communications to make the offers possible, and profitable. We will also facilitate, track, and manage the partnerships.
Depending on the specifics of the deal, we may invest in marketing like paid ads, direct mail, or marketing materials as “fuel to the fire” to help scale a campaign.
We work on a performance basis, meaning we only get paid as a percentage of the deal, and only when the deal is successful.
